Hours of Opening: We will be open as normal from 9am to 5.30pm on Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sunday. Please note that due to the space in our shop along with additional serving areas and extra tills for customers that we have put in place, we will not be operating a booking system so you can visit us at your convenience.

'Quiet Hour’ from 5.30pm-6.30pm: We are introducing a ‘Quiet Hour’ after the Shop closes from 5.30pm to 6.30pm on week days (Monday-Friday) from Monday 29 June until Tuesday 18th August. This ‘Quiet Hour’ will be on a booking system only basis – you must reserve a ‘Time Slot’ on our website to be allowed entry during this hour. These slots are 20 minutes long, but if you require 40 minutes simply book slots one after the other. To book, go directly to our online appointment system here.

‘Click & Collect’ Order: All orders placed by 2pm can be collected from 4pm the next day. You should collect your order from our new ‘Click & Collect’ desk at our back door (located just round the corner from our main entrance next to Brown’s the coffee shop). Please call 07484 253 515 when you arrive at this door quoting your order number – we will then bring your order to you. You will not be able to collect your Click & Collect order from inside the shop, it must be collected as instructed above. Should you wish to change any part of your order once collected, this has to be done at our 1st floor till inside the shop – not at our Click & Collect desk.

One Way System and 2-Metre Social Distancing: In line with the national guidelines, we will ask that you follow a one-way system round the shop which is clearly marked with arrows. We also ask that customers adhere to social distancing by keeping 2 metres apart. There will be restrictions on how many customers we can accommodate at any one time. However, due to the size of our shop, the extra floor space that has been created and the extra tills we have put in place, we are confident that your shopping experience with us will not be affected.

Trying on Garments: All our school uniform has been pre-packed in advance and quarantined. Although we are not encouraging it, if absolutely necessary, you are permitted to try-on garments in our shop as our changing rooms will be open. Each changing room will be cleaned before and after each individual customer uses it. Any items that are tried on but not purchased will be steamed and quarantined before being returned to the shop floor. The trying on of shoes is also permitted – but before doing so, customers will be requested to use the hand sanitiser provided. Any shoes that are tried on but not purchased will be sprayed and quarantined before being returned to the shop floor..

Staff & Customer Safety: All of our staff in the shop will be wearing visors to further support their safety. Screens are also in place at all till points. Customers should wear face coverings to reduce the risk of infection for everyone. We would also ask that all customers use the hand sanitiser provided before entering and at other times while shopping.

Cleaning: We will be cleaning the shop thoroughly on a regular basis, particularly in frequently touched places. The shop will also be cleaned at the start and end of every day.
