We have been serving local families for over 125 years and continue to offer an unrivalled school uniform service in-store and online. In 2021, Smiths became employee owned. We are proud to be the official retailer for Greenock Morton FC, Greenock Wanderers Rugby FC, Inverclyde Swimming Club and Inverclyde Athletics Club. In store, we have a large footwear department catering for both adults and children with brands such as Rieker, FitFlop, Hunter, Doc Marten, Hush Puppies, Kickers, Geox, Regatta Outdoors, Nike & Adidas.
For that special day, our Highland wear department has a team of professional kilt-fitters. You can choose from our selection of over 40 tartans, more than anyone else in the UK, with outfits available in a full range of child and adult sizes.

‘Click & Collect’ Order: All orders placed by 2pm can be collected from 3pm the next day. You should collect your order from our new ‘Click & Collect’ desk at our back door (located just round the corner from our main entrance, up from Harley’s Florists). Please TEXT 07484 253 515 when you arrive at this door quoting your surname and order number – we will then bring your order to you. You will not be able to collect your Click & Collect order from inside the shop, it must be collected as instructed above. Should you wish to change any part of your order once collected, this has to be done at our 1st floor till inside the shop – not at our Click & Collect desk.
